Prices and Delivery
Prices are in Pound Sterling. We endeavor to ship your purchase within 24 hours but this may vary depending on the source of materials. For instance for commissions we may have to order hand made glass beads and a delay could be inevitable. We will advise you by email if a delay is expected.

Postage and Packing
P&P is free and jewellery is sent by Royal mail First Class. For international orders there will be a charge of £4.50 per order. You will receive your purchase in a pretty gift box and packaged in bubble wrap.

Payment
Luce di Luna accepts payment by PayPal or cheque. Please make cheques payable to G.Knott. Cheques must clear prior to shipment. Cheques are not accepted for international orders.

Returns
If you are not pleased with your jewellery please contact us as soon as possible. Your purchase will be refundable for 7 days following delivery, excluding cost of postage and packing.

Please return items in their original packaging and include the invoice. Goods are sent back at the customer’s risk so it’s a good idea to use Special Delivery and keep your proof of postage.

I’m sorry but unless a fault has occurred, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Aftercare of your jewellery
Our jewellery is very carefully hand made. The glass beads we use are made by reputable glass artists who fully anneal the beads to give them strength. Even so they are still glass and as such should be treated gently so you can enjoy them for years to come. Both Sterling and Hill Tribe silver will tarnish in exposure to air. It’s best to keep them in a closed bag or box. Polishing with a soft cloth and a touch of silver polish will make them gleam again.
